Apartment 5
Apartment 5 is on the first floor, located at the northwest corner of the building. It features a balcony on both sides with views of the garden.
The apartment measures approximately 102 m² and includes a sunny living room with an open kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a toilet and walk-in shower, a utility room with a washing machine connection, and a guest toilet in the hallway.
Heating and cooking are electric. The living room is heated by infrared panels on the ceiling, while the bedrooms and bathroom have electric radiators. A small (and friendly!) pet is allowed.
There is an elevator in the building. Inside the apartment, there are two easy steps between the hall and the living room.
Each apartment comes with a carport of 18 m² plus a storage shed of 9 m².
There is more parking space on the private grounds
With gardening enthusiasts—or those who simply want a quiet spot to enjoy—we are happy to discuss a private garden area (max. 200 m²) in the park.
The thermal and sound insulation meets the latest standards; windows and patio doors are equipped with triple-glazed acoustic and burglar-resistant glass.
The entrance doors of the apartments are made of Swedish steel.
Each apartment has its own ventilation system to keep the air clean.
A video intercom system connects each apartment to the main entrance.
Tenants have tags and can enter without keys. Fiber optic internet is available.
Caderonne is located at 240 meters above sea level. The Aude flows 20 meters lower than the level of the building so no risk of flooding by the river.
And then there's the parc
In the 2.5-hectare park along the banks of the Aude, you can enjoy:

- a summer kitchen with a large terrace and dining tables
- a boulodrome
- various walking routes
- garden benches, sun loungers, picnic tables and seating areas for general use, in both sunny and shady spots
The monthly rent is €1,130 + an advance on service charges (based on €13 per m² per year) of €110.50.
This totals €1,240.50 per month.
The DPE (energy consumption label) is category B. The municipal waste disposal fees currently amount to approximately €240 per year for a 2-person household.
